For the record, the seasonal depression apparently hits Forrest like a sack of bricks shortly after the fun’s over. Personally, I experience it in waves foaming against my good spirits and then fading away slowly to surge for the next push. This effect is exacerbated during the holiday season when I struggle to find time or space to recover from each successive bout before the demands of a multi-factional family has me wading through another cacophony of social bombardment. I’d much rather spread this kind of partying out across the whole year anyway, as it would allow me significant time on target with each member of the crowd.
For now, though, I will retreat into my electronic fantasy land until I’m good and ready for bed.
Ja.
